You can cancel your HARDCANDY subscription at any time through your account or by contacting our support team. Once canceled, no future subscription orders will be processed.

If an order has already been processed or prepared for shipment, cancellation may no longer be possible for that order. Contact our support team as soon as possible if you need to cancel a recently placed order.

Because HARDCANDY is a physician-prescribed medication, we do not accept returns or exchanges of medication once it has been dispensed or shipped.
